Our Principals:

Mark H. Lyons | Managing Director
Mr. Lyons is responsible for project due diligence and development activities, including development management and contract negotiation. To Newind, Lyons brings 27 years of experience in developing and financing wind and other electric-generating facilities throughout the United States. He is an attorney and a graduate of Albany Law School and Amherst College.

John M. Quirke | Managing Director
Mr. Quirke manages financing negotiations for Newind. He co-founded a major wind energy company in the United States, directing the development of 726 MW of operating wind energy capacity. Quirke has raised over $850 million in debt and equity capital for energy facilities throughout the world and has 15 years of experience in developing energy projects worldwide. He is a civil engineer and a graduate of University College, Dublin, and holds a Diploma in Statistics and Operations Research from Trinity College, Dublin.

Wilfredo Santos | Managing Director
Mr. Santos is the founder of Newind Power, LLC and is responsible for lender and investor relations and project acquisition. Santos has more than 25 years of experience in land and property acquisition and management and has personally raised over $100 million in commercial financing. He is a graduate of Manhattan College.
